To create associated columns:
- Open the configuration menu.
- Under “Logging” click on “Activities.”
- Click on the activity you want to edit.
- Click on the “Logging” section.
- Find the table you want to add associated columns to and click the teal associated columns icon.
- Select your starting column. This is the column who’s list values you want to associate to other columns.
- Click "Next."
- Select your common columns (optional). Common columns are columns that you want to link to every list value in your starting column.
- Click "Next."
- Select a list value on the left that you want to associate to another column(s). The available columns will be listed on the right side of the screen.
- Select the columns you want associated to the selected column.
- Repeat steps 10 and 11 until you're done associating columns.
- Click the X to return to the Logging screen.
To edit common columns:
- Click the "Edit common columns" link.
- Select or deselect the columns you want to either disassociate or associate.
- Click "Next."
To delete common columns:
NOTE: You can not undo this action.
- Click the trash can icon.
- Follow the instructions in the dialogue.
- Click "Delete associations."
